Jeff Dema is a seasoned, growth-oriented CEO with an established track record of success. He exhibits the ability to formulate a vision and to lead and execute through disciplined operational plans. Tasked with leading Foxpoint, LLC, into its next phase of growth in 2019, the company has doubled in size and significantly enhanced portfolio performance resulting in a successful capital raise of $85 million to fund company’s next phase of growth. Jeff is committed to embracing and supporting the entrepreneurial spirit of the American Dream by providing the opportunity for owner-operators to succeed in their own businesses.

Jeff’s leadership is evident whether he is engaged with the Board, investors, operating at the 30,000-foot strategic level or the operational level necessary to manage the business. Since joining the company, Jeff’s focus and accountability on key operational metrics drove an all-time high performance during the 2020 COVID-19 pandemic. Jeff’s transformational thinking coupled with this thoughtful executive style has led to owner-operated truckers’ success and reduced repossessions, via the company’s tech-enabled capabilities. With a focus on key business drivers, the company has thrived and achieved or exceeded all financial goals.

Jeff’s previous experience serving in senior executive roles paired with his nearly 20 years at Fortune 500 size companies has culminated in his critical leadership skills that enable his companies to adapt, transform, grow, and ultimately succeed.

Jeff earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration & Economics from Pittsburg State University and an MBA from Vanderbilt University. He served our country as an Army Officer with the 101^st Airborne Division.  Jeff has volunteered time with Meals on Wheels, American Red Cross, Clay County Economic Development Council, and United Way. He is married with 3 grown children.
